Rose was part of a herd reduction from a large flock. As a bred ewe, she and a number of her friends were headed to auction and likely slaughter. A friend learned of the situation and went to work to place these ewes in safe homes. I negotiated a deal where Rose would go with her friend Leah to Bless Ewe farm and I would take her lambs. Rose gave birth to twin ram lambs, Henry and Harry. The lambs were wethered and will spend their days producing lovely fleece. It was a win/win deal for everyone.
Henry and his adorable twin Harry were adopted as pets and lawn mowers by friends of Sheridan Flats. They are loving all the attention and treats that come with being a flock of 2.
